Amanda Balionis
Alexandra Leigh LaForce is an American journalist, model and beauty contestant. Her birth date was November 11, 1988. She's a reporter at Turner Sports and covers the NBA on TNT. Prior to that, she was the primary reporter for SEC college football games and also an on-court reporter for college basketball. She is the host of We Need to Talk for CBS Sports Network. LaForce has also been a broadcast sportscaster and reporter for WJW (a FOX-affiliated station in Cleveland). For her anchoring FOX 8's Friday Night Touchdown high-school football show, she was awarded an Emmy Award in the year 2011. She was also named Miss Teen USA. She played basketball for Ohio University. LaForce began her journey in pageantry after winning the Miss Ohio Teen USA title 2005. This was her first attempt at this title. This title she had obtained in September 2004, the first time she had tried. LaForce represented Ohio participated in Ohio, competed in the Miss Teen USA pageant 2005 took place at Baton Rouge on August 8 on, 2005. LaForce took home her Miss Teen USA 2005 title by winning three of the competitions: swimsuit, evening wear as well as a final interview. She was succeeded by Shelley Hennig from Louisiana. Her mother, Lea LaForce (nee Rummell), was Miss Ohio USA 1977. She was offered a one year modeling contract by Trump Modeling Management and an prize for a scholarship at The School for Film and Television in New York City. She was also invited to be a part of the NBC soap opera Passions. LaForce traveled across through the United States, promoting awareness about alcohol and drug abuse. LaForce also kept an Ohio high school graduation certificate.
